Very comfortable and friendly wine bar half way up shortland street and on the first floor. All dark wood and leather. Excellent wine list. Great place to escape the crowds.

    Good food matched with really good wine and excellent service.

      Got a grabone voucher to come here. Their pizza's are very very nice, and the dark mysterious setting makes the wine tasting very interesting. Their Tues night tasting deal is a much try and you get a varied selection of wines. Will go again.

        Thanks for the tip about about Tuesday :). Hey, wouldn't it be great if Localist did a weekly calendar type article on daily deals, special and happy hours across the city?
