Salta Espresso is located on Ponsonby Road and is one of Auckland's friendliest cafes serving a extensive menu, great mix of food and coffee with a smile.

Salta is child friendly and is well set up to cater for groups, making it ideal for business meals and catching up with friends.

I went here for the first time the other weekend, and enjoyed the atmosphere and the very helpful and polite staff. Menu was different, and unique. Husband had coffee which he said was great. The only problem was I ordered chicken off the specials menu, and while it tasted great, one or two of the pieces were quite pink inside. Bit worrying! They did apologise though. On the whole, pretty nice.

    Salta Cafe is great place to get your quality coffee on the run or enjoy a delicious snack/meal inside or out in the sunshine under the bright umbrellas. Their muffins and friands are super tasty and way too hard to say no to. The staff their are always nice too and make you feel welcome. 

      Chicken ceasar roll and double flat white for breakfast again this morning. I'm sure I should be having cereal but the chicken roll is just too good. Staff are great too. Now what shall I have tomorrow...

        We get Moccachino's every day from Salta along with Brunch.  They make it fresh while we wait and their food is always yummy.

              This is my local cafe when I was working around Three Lamps. They make great coffee and the entire office swore by theirs. They’ve got some good desserts and sandwiches from the cabinet too if you’re after something for lunch that’s not too pricey. The service is always friendly and chatty, and they take special attention to remember your name.
