If you’re thinking craft beer, think Darkroom Bar. With ever-changing taps and great staff, Darkroom will quickly become your regular (if it’s not already!). Featuring loads of local beer, including a number of beauties from Christchurch, you’ll definitely love this place.

    A live music venue and a very dark and cosy space, the Darkroom is best enjoyed on a date when it’s either straight after work and you have the place to yourselves or at around midnight any night of the week with live music blaring and the bar going off.

      Live music every weekend and it’s free entry. Go for the great local music, stay for the excellent selection of cocktails and craft beers (oh, and the delicious home made pizzas!).

          Crafty beer, friendly people and bottomless $4 filter coffee, Darkroom Bar has the transitional chic one would associate with a Central Christchurch pop up bar. Next door is an artist project gallery.
