Exceptional Food.  Great Atmosphere.  Good Service.  With good view of the kitchen to see Chef Meredith doing his magic.

We chose Merediths as a birthday dinner location and while the price seemed frightening at first it was worth every penny. The evening from start to finish was perfect - from the perfectly tuned wait staff who describe every inch of the meal when they set the plate down - to the meals themselves - 10 amazing courses, each one as good as the last - to a great wine list. Our own regret is that we did not do the wine tasting menu as well - the couple next to us did and they seemed to have a a great selection of wines to taste! The waiter even offering each a different wine at each course as one preferred reds and the others white. If you can spare the money to go for a special meal it is WELL worth it!

Absolutely amazing! We came here for our wedding anniversary and had the degistation menu. Every meal was stunning. Would come back in a flash!

A big call for sure , but Merediths is consistently voted number 1 and there is no surprises why. Whilst I'm sure there is a ala carte menu flag that and go for the 7 course degustation menu. It's always changing so no point describing it except to say prepared to enjoy a multiple hour dining event where you will taste a wide range of innovative dishes expertly prepared. For $120 per person this is exceptional value. Add another 70 for wine matching which is great but usually I rather just let the food do the talking. This is not the place to front up for a table - reservations sometimes weeks or months in advance are required. But well worth it for that special occasion. People who like exceptional food eat here. You should to.  

if you have not tried a degustation menu yet then head along to Meredith's it is awesome. Make sure you go with the wine match makes it so much easier.  Book to eat early as it takes a while to get through all the courses.
