"Always love the good, coffee and service here. Also they’re open late for those late night coffee cravings so can’t complain!!"

"Been there about 4 times in just 3 months now, and have never been disappointed! Their chicken club sanwich burger is made with whole chicken breast fillet, with lots of salad and sauce so its not too dry. Their burgers are also quite big so you're always really full by the time you finish. Combo was $10 which came with refillable drink and skin-on fries, which is better than paying $16+ at Burger Fuel for pretty much the same thing. Their portobello mushroom burger is really good too, which really gave what the name suggests- heaps of mushrooms in the burger! Haven't tried their breakfast menu but heard its pretty good. Their cookies and cream thickshake is my favourite though! "
"My favourite fast food burger chain and St Johns/Glen Innes is my favourite resturant. The only one I've found with the "salad bar" Love those chilli's."

"Good spot for some fresh, cheap food with lots of options. My go-to is the sizzling egg noodles from Zap Lai with a fresh squeezed lemon juice or beer from the drinks bar. Easy."

"Absolutely compulsory Tamaki Makaurau food experience pit stop. 3 types of ice cold oysters as well as clams and sushimi from the freshly shucked bar. Lamb ribs and turbot sliders melt in your mouth all washed down with jugs of on tap cider. The focus is on food here people, after all Al Brown did hail from Wellington xx"
"There’s a reason this place is always jam packed. Chef Al Brown’s attention to detail and emphasis on good customer service makes Depot an all round great experience. They don’t do reservations but you can put your name on a waiting list. The staff have always been lovely and food is delicious. Highly reccomend the turbot sliders, fig toasties and sugar pie."
"The boyfriend and I come here so often that we have our Depot strategy sorted - a couple of freshly-shucked oysters each, followed by a couple of small plates (sliders usually feature), one large plate and a side of potato skins, all washed down with a carafe of their tap wine. Get in early or be prepared to wait, but know that it’s totally worth it!"

"Has the most amaziung menu! You almost need to to try everything because each item is an amazing mouth sesation!"

"Sal’s pizza is consistently delicious store to store, but Commerce St was the first and the best. The pizza is delicious of course, but the pepperoni wheels are what I keep coming back for. They are seriously incredible and talking about them is making me hungry. The garlic knots are also notable, and very affordable. If you somehow haven’t ever eaten at Sal’s, I recommend rectifying that asap."
"Mexicali is pretty much the best in general, and it’s my favourite guilt-free takeaways. You can pick and choose exactly what goes in your burritos, and they have a "naked" option if you’re carb-conscious."

"Always popular with tasty Japanese style tapas and 1,000ml cans of Asahi to enjoy! Scotch fillet steak with butter and soy sauce = amazing."

"I ended up here on a sunny Sunday avo meeting some friends for a drink to debrief about the night before’s antics. Some DJs (Team Navajo) were playing tunes…there was a cruise liner parked up a stones throw from where we were sitting..cheap bloody mary’s …it was just good vibes."
"Tyler Street Garage has arguably the best rooftop terrace in the central city. Small but perfectly formed, with lots of cushy seating, a handy bar and stunning views over the docks. Love coming here on sunny afternoons for a slice of pizza and a crisp glass of white."

"Love everything French? Yes! Well I like your style. There is nothing more enjoyable on a Saturday or Sunday morning than to purchase freshly baked aromatic bread, a serving of Paella (which doesn’t always make it all the way home!), a selection a delicious French cheeses from the La Cigale Fromagerie and a number of other fabulous products and produce which make their way into your market bag. Treat yourself to this French Market place!"
"Anything that involves cheese is good. When there is cheese on a date this is super good. These markets are amazing, there’s fresh food from sausages, vegetables, a special market café, bread…. everything that your average food addict loves. For me, as a carb lover, this place is heaven. It’s also nice to come here to pretend you are classy and swanky when really you are hungover from Friday or Saturday night antics and need to get some fresh air. Best not to be hungover for your market date though…. These markets are on Saturday and Sunday mornings so you’ve got enough time during the week to think up an elaborate date plan for after the markets to extend the amazingness of said date."

"I must admit I was a little surprised how good their pizza is. Sitting outside & watching Rugby while enjoying this great pizza with a really good spicy sauce is bonus."
