The Strawberry Farm is a local favourite, and if you've never been here before, then you're in for a real treat.
Well known for its fresh produce, this is the place to come to buy all your fruits and vegetables. The produce is picked fresh from the farm every morning- it doesn't get much fresher than that!
The biggest attraction at this place is definitely the strawberry ice cream. Using the farm's own strawberries, the ice cream is made fresh, right before your eyes. Well loved by the public, the deliciously creamy texture is sure to have you coming back for more!

My friends and I are known to make regular pilgrimages out to this place on hot summers days to get the massive strawberry ice creams that are made for you on the spot. These treats are absolutely incredible, made from freshly picked fruit straight from the farm you're eating it on and they have punnets of sweet strawberries available for purchase too, which we always leave with several of.
Perfect for the Sunday summer drive, a good family outing is an afternoon spent at The Strawberry Farm on Kirkbride Road, Mangere. The sprawling farm has delicious fresh strawberry ice creams, which are generous in size. There are pancakes, smoothies, ice creams and fresh vegetables and of course loads of strawberries. Reasonably priced and a good place to take the kids with plenty of space to roam. There is plenty of seating with wooden tables everywhere with a great view of the farm. The Strawberry Farm is always packed in summer and one of my favourite local spots.
