We make a trip here regularly as everyone can get what they want and the so affordable with great atmosphere. I love the Thai, but the Chinese, Indian and others are all good too. The drinks stand in the middle make amazing fresh juices or you can have an alcoholic drink. I love the cheese and garlic nan from the Indian place.
I am lucky enough to live just a short stroll from Ponsonby International Food Court. Living by myself, I have managed to justify very regular visits in that most of the places are so reasonably priced that it is almost cheaper (and certainly less time- and energy-consuming) than buying ingredients and cooking for yourself. There's such a range that there's no chance of getting bored either, even if I do seem to frequent the new Indonesian place the most recently. Even my two-and-a-half year-old niece makes a beeline for the Indonesian upon arrival at the Food Court, as she loves their noodles, and they are always so lovely and friendly to her. Also very good is the Vietnamese with their Pho soups, and the lamb curry-style dish. A bonus of visiting the Food Court if you're that way inclined is that you'll always see a Shortie St actor or two amongst the joyous faces savouring fabulous Asian cuisine!
