Hi there, Just wanted to say that I was most impressed at the speediness of your service. This morning I ordered a gift basket for delivery to an address not too far from us. I received tracking notification to say it had been despatched shortly thereafter and a phone call from the courier just now to say that the basket had been delivered. This was really appreciated as the staff member who requested the gift basket has a meeting with the recipient in the morning. Fantastic service and I will certainly be using your company again. After the gift I'd ordered was accidentally delivered two days earlier than requested, they apologised immediately and refunded the delivery cost.  I have ordered from My Goodness a few times without any issues and after they rectified the error in such a professional way, I will definitely order from them again.  Other companies could learn a thing or two from them about great customer service!
