Mount Brewing Co is a bar with a difference.

Also a boutique beer brewing company, Mount Brewing Co produces a range of tasty handcrafted beers on-site, including lager, pale ale and dark ale.

The bar is a fantastic setting for an afternoon drink with mates or even dinner. The bar’s chef is very talented and can whip up everything from decadent pizzas to burger and steaks.

Also, if you’re not sure which handcrafted beer to buy, you can purchase a tasting paddle that includes five different beers to try!

This bar on the main street of the Mount is relatively new but has a local back story stretching nearly two decades. The Meikles set up their own brewery at the Mount 17 years ago and in 2012 teamed up with seasoned bar owner Matt Hayward to bring their product to the punters. They bar now sells their seven core beers as well as seasonal beers such as the Mermaid’s Mirth and Resin Head Hoppy Red.
