Matakana Coast Oysters are amazing.

When heading to Leigh or Omaha be sure to pull off the main Leigh road and stop in for a fresh tray of oysters!

These little parcels of deliciousness are freshly harvested and ready to eat. Grab a tray (or two) and have a roadside picnic with your road trip buddies that's a million times better than drive through.

This place is amazing, it might look small from the outside, but they have all the goodness in their fridge, guess what its affordable as well. I seriously do not mind travelling to eat this. So gooooooooooooood an plum.

    Fresh oysters

      If you're heading along Leigh Road, for goodness sake, stop at this amazing little oyster shack. I *love* eating fresh oysters - they're unlike anything else I've ever eaten. Unfortunately I don't get to eat oysters much, they are often much too expensive in Auckland. These oysters are fairly priced and just so beautiful, far nicer than any other I have tried.
