Subway gone Donburi. Choose your veges and meats and have it all on a delicious bed of rice or noodles!

    Authenticity and cost are usually tied in together. Katsubi has redefined this connection and made great Japanese cuisine affordable and convenient anytime! Easy win.

      I wasn't sure about Katsubi's 'build your own' take on Japanese, but my Teriyaki Tofu Don was delicious. Select whatever veggies you want, as well as a couple of 'hot toppings', and you're good to go. The sesame dressing is the shiz.

        We truly enjoyed the spicy chicken and teriyaki donburi set. It was very delicious filled with rice and lots of vegetables like lotus, onions, cabbage and beansprouts. The serving size was truly worth it. If you love Japanese food, this is a must try.

          Katsubi is a great place to go for Donburi! You get to pick all your salads, sauces and then two choices of meats! The beef, katsu chicken and teriyaki chicken are delicious !

            This is thee most delicious Japanese food you will EVER taste. It's really simple and not a posh place or anything, but their food is simply divine! :') I eat here almost every week!!! 

              Great take away don buri for $10.50 - it's just like subway where you choose your salad, sauces and meat. My fav is the squid, and the pork balls.

                I could eat Katsubi’s donburi all day errr day! Quick, easy, cheap, delicious and HEALTHY! Had it for lunch today and it will honestly be a battle not to go back for dinner! See you soon Katsubi!

                  The rice bowls are full of lots of good stuff. The sweet chili fish balls and tofu are always a good choice. There can be a fair amount of variability in exactly how much meat you get though. Sometimes you only get a few pieces, sometimes you get a lot. Still, it is good choice for a delicious and healthy lunch in town.

                    I have to say this was one of my first Donburi experiences and I may have chosen incorrectly, but I was really not impressed by the Donburi here. I thought the selections were a bit werid adn the mix of temperatures odd! I have since had Donburi at a couple of other places and found it a lot nicer - granted they were off the menu rather than my weird mixture!
