Ironique, located in the heart of Mt Eden, is a unique cafe-style restaurant that serves delicious European and New Zealand food.

Despite its narrow and seemingly small interior, if you carry on through you'll find a massive courtyard out back - great for lounging over a cup of coffee or one of their hearty brunch offerings.

Delicious food, great organic fair trade coffee and the perfect place to chill out on a sunny afternoon.

Lovely place to dine, delicious and tasty!

    A less well known cafe when compared to Circus Circus or Fraser’s but no less impressive - cool, spacious interior and an excellent coffee.

      Really lovely place. If you do come here, please sit out in the MASSIVE courtyard at the back, its gorgeous on a sunny day. The prices are standard cafe prices for Mt Eden but the food is great. They usually have several yummy cakes in the display, begging to be tasted. The staff are friendly and it didn't take long for the food to arrive. I wasn't too hungry so just ordered a bagel but it came with a decent serving of both cream cheese and jam. Good times in the the sunshine!

        Amazing coffee, great food. Make sure you grab a seat out the back!

            I love this place. Awesome outdoor courtyard out the back and check out the bathroom door and interior. Very cool. And food has always been top notch.

              The staff are amazing, the food is always really yummy. Iv never had anything that isn’t super tasty & I’v never had a bad coffee from Ironique. Also has a cute courtyard hidden out the back for summer!

                  THAT's a big claim! Plenty of fine cafes here.. Ok, I shall take up the challenge!

                  But keep eyes open and stop in…(glad I did)!! Cute lil cafe that is so easy to miss on Mt E Rd. Coffee is really good and the goodies in the cabinet looked impressive! Will come back for a food trial

                    There's not much you can complain about when it comes to Ironique. The decor is not amazing and it's not an outstanding cafe but they consistently deliver good food and coffee. The big courtyard is perfect if you have a large group. I don't think you'd ever be disappointed here which is enough to keep me going back.
