This little Grey lynn Indian restaurant is my local and just like a good local they never seem to fail in providing top quality food. I’ve dined in a few times but honestly this is where to go if you are looking for the comfort of Indian food combined with the comfort of your own home - it’s more of a takeaway kind of place. Check them out next time you are on the hunt for a good vege korma and make sure to order a couple of extra garlic naan (maybe not the ideal first date meal)

    Mon - Wed main curries $12!! Rice is free with each main. Delivery $5 to Mt Albert. Perfect choice as a takeaway option!!! The food was delicious and tasty, arriving hot and on time. Will definitely use again!!

      Tasty and easy takeaways.  Good basic curries.  Had better but certainly had a lot worse.

        I scored a voucher for $26 ( 12 frozen meals) ... we got mixed which included butter chicken, chicken korma, chicken tika masala and beef curry...   easy peasy.. out of the freezer into the microwave. The portions are snack sized ( 250g) so we used 6 for 4 of us but still tasty...

          I was too lazy to cook tonight so got the entertainment book out to see what I could get in my local area with a discount. I decided to give Flame Indian a try as they had a 25% off voucher. I wasnt dissappointed. The curries were very tasty, big chunks of meat which you dont normally get when you order takeaway curries. The prices too were very reasonable, $15 for a curry including rice.  Overall I would definitely recommend Flame.
