Eurostyle Newmarket

This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had! I went in with my soon to be husband to purchase a wedding tie. We both knew exactly what we wanted..but were told by the most unfashionable rude woman I have ever meet that my choice of wedding colours were 'disgusting' and that I was 'making a huge mistake'. How dear someone say this about my wedding? She went on for over 20 mins!!!!! Not once did she ask about our wedding and what we were wearing...just taht my colours were 'disgusting' and a white shirt does not go with a navy tie' I was so offended at the yellow and orange ties she was showing us they were what I considered disgusting. We left the store, I burst into tears...I’m not a crier but it was so rude not just a suggestion this shop assistant actually looked at us like we were scum. We loved the plain navy blue tie so we did go back and buy it, but were quick to complain to the manager (who didnt care) My partner is a retail trainer and manager for a large retail business, he now uses this this experience to train people what not to do. We will make sure we tell everybody that listens about the disgusting service in this store. Unstylish, cocky, judgemental and rude.
