I like coming here to the Dick Smith Electronics shop as it's BIG and has lots in this store. I love to hit the other shops at Sylvia Park Shopping Centre for more retail therapy too!

    Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who don’t intimidate those who are unsure about technology

      The perpetual stop for tech talk and advise, Dicks has always been a part of NZ! Great deals and experts who know their stuff make it an easy choice for your nerd-needs.

        I used to work close by so quite often popped in to print photos or buy something for work and always have found the customer service rather Average! When printing photos i couldn't get the machine to pick up my USB so two attendants tried after i queued for 20 minutes and then they decided they couldn't help and sent me somewhere else. It worked straight away at Noel Lemmings. But they do offer good deals and the staff can be ok but i just found on most days they really were no more than average.

          I went to this store to get an mp3 player and boy what service i got. The attendants were extremely helpful, Infact i ended up buying a different model than what i had gone there to buy. They opened me a recent model, see what functions and features it had and i walked out an extremely happy and satisfied customer. Definitely recommend them.

            I bought my 3ds from dick smith in sylvia park as the price was unmatched, great service and friendly staff. They have a great range of cables for tvs and laptops also, this is useful to me as these can be hard to find.

                The store is set up nicely and easy to navigate.  They had exactly what we were looking for and we were in and out with no sweat.

                Dick Smith is great for customer service. The prices are competitive and the store is large and clean. With bigger purchases theres never problems with the warentees and they dont push extended/ extra warentees on you. The staff seem happy to help and there is a wide range. It would be good if the had out of stock/ expected arrival dates out on display. Great as a mens Creche! 

                  Dick Smith has always got the best specials, they have a massive range of products to choose from.

                    They helped us a lot with all of our questions and we bought a lot of electronics from there. They also have very cheap prices.
