Newmarket's favourite pizzeria, Archie's, is homely Italian food at its best.
With their long list of creamy pastas and renowned wood fired pizzas (an especially popular one being the salmon and tomato concasse), further complimented by an extensive beverage menu, Archies is a cozy joint perfect for a family meal or a quick lunch.

Archies is a favourite for our whole office. A sunny lunch sitting outside enjoying their lunch deals, or a whole group dinner - Archies is welcoming and accomodating. I've had a try of basically the whole menu and I don't have a bad word to say about anything! The pizza's seem to be made on site and look like they've come straight out of Italy! And... to top it all off the staff are really attentive! Worth 5 stars in my book!
We hit Archies on a rainy summers day and quickly and cheerfully found our family and our large and cumbersome stroller a spot down the back out of the way. The food arrived promptly and was delicious - haven't had a pizza as yummy since we were in Florence in our pre-children days! The owner(?) of the place was wandering making small talk and checking on diners satisfaction and didn't bat an eyelid when our four year old took himself out the front of the restaurant, stripped to the waist and declared his 'tummy too full to be in clothes'. We came here because of the $12 lunch special but will return because it was so good. I can't wait to go back in the evening with (just) the husband for dinner and a glass of wine!
Mmmmm, Another great lunch. Definately reccomend the salmon pizza or the chicken pasta. Very filling with great service. Everytime we go we are welcomed and the service is brilliant. Its pretty crowded inside so we sit outside and soak up the atmosphere. They always seem to be the busiest place for lunch in the area. Always fresh and clean.
For a restaurant that has so many bad reviews online, I wasn’t expecting much but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Went on a saturday night and the place was packed but we still had about half a dozen wait staff constantly around to help. My pizza was pretty good for 20 bucks, not the best of I’ve ever had, but still pretty good. There was seven of us and I think that was the general feel. Will be back
