Fresh & Save – Albany is your cheap eats type of place. Located in convient locations offering a variety of fresh and delicious produce for a super reasonable price, perfect for the struggling student trying to get that 5-a-day. They also have in store fresh meat, poultry, assorted grocery items and the most important for the romantics out there, a large selection of flowers. Skip the monsterous supermarket lines and zip through Fresh & Save on your way home.

    This store always has seasonal fruit on special and the prices are very competative to other stores in the area. I love the way you can go in and leave with enought fruit and veges for the week.for under $30! They sell delicious apples and their bannannas are yum too. They also sell meet but we have not tried it.

      Good sized meat parcels for a family of 5

        We buy our meat from here as they have smaller packages and at very good prices.

          Last summer these guys were the most reliable place to get fresh fruit and vege. They are stil going strong but seem to have less selection this year and lower quality produce. They have a bargain bin which is excellent though
