Fabulous service!

I am always nervous going into a hairdressers.  I don't often get what I've asked for, and feel put off going back.  I saw Toni on Saturday and was immediately put at ease.  She listened and asked all the right questions to find out exactly what I wanted.  She was so lovely!  She discussed colour options for the highlights I wanted, and looked at how my hair naturally fell and advised on the best cut for me.  I walked out with the best cut/colour that I think I've ever had!
