The reason for this is because your body is working over time to make you feel better. I highly recommend this to everyone if you want to feel better and for your well being."

"Stuart has been one of the awesome facilitators on the Diploma in Holistic Life Coaching journey that I have been travelling since March 2011. I have always found him to be calming and kind, with amazing insights into what may be limiting me from moving forward and coaching with intuition and self-belief. He has been a fantastic coach to have as a supervisor for my client case studies and gives constructive feedback to help me to learn and grow. I would recommend Stuart as a Holistic Life Coach wholeheartedly - thank you for your unwavering support :-"
"TESTIMONIAL FROM PETER: I am a successful person but I have high expectations and want the rest of my life to be completely rewarding. So having identified that I was not progressing as well as I want I approached Stuart. I found that he took a personal and enthusiastic interest in everything I brought to our dialogue. Stuart is a careful listener. He is diligent and caring. As a result of the exercises he set me I have created for myself a pathway forward into the next chapter of my working life. I am in the process of finding and pursuing goals that have lasting importance to me. With Stuart’s help I now understand the nature of the barriers that I was facing and I am clear about the steps I will be taking."
"TESTIMONIAL FROM JOHN. I found the sessions to be very effective. Right from the start Stuart outlined to me the process and steps we would be following. Working with Stuart has enabled me to move forward in my personal life and take steps to let go of the baggage. His encouragement, guidance and help I will be able to take with me into the future. Thanks for the time and energy."

"i was rised by my grand mother so im very well known with elderly people, im 21 now and my grandmother passed away last year may 5th just after 2 two from my birthday .. she was very ill i was looking after she most of the time so i like to work at a place or help around where by people need my help. i will be very happy if i get a chance to work with them ..... "
" Close your eyes - DREAM - envisage how you would like your "older years" to be. A high spec home, beautifully maintained parklike gardens, nice friendly people, fun and safety. Heaps of brain and body activities, and always a social occasion to look forward to. Then this is the place to be. Negatives!!! - well we can't think of one. Pete & Suzie Hasselman."
" We have over 30 activities of which most of us particiipate in at least them. We put concerts on. We also raise money for out Social Club to get entertainers in to entertain us. Currently we are raising funds to send our choir to Wellington next year to compete against other choirs in New Zealand. We have competitions amongst ourselves and with other villages. Bruce and management are very generous and donate monies towards these competitions. Bruce the manager holds Siorees with nibbles and wine, to make sure we all mix and mingle. This is a wonderful place to live and I would never want to move anywhere else."

"Thank you Happinessence, I had a Tarot Reading with Sam and found her to be very intuitive, not only does she do one on one readings but group gatherings also. Thank you again for coming to NZ. :-)"
" Happinessence worked for me when I was at my lowest point. Sam is very positive and knows heaps of tricks to get your mind in the right state to see the positive things in life again. Her energy and knowledge about the human emotional states is vast and can help you to overcome your struggles in life or for your self-improvement as a person. For me it was hard to ask for help from a stranger, but after meeting Sam for the first time that feeling was quickly gone. She is a very warm person with whom you can easily feel at ease. If you don’t want to share some experiences that bother you then that’s ok as well, because she has plenty of techniques to treat your case without you pouring your heart out. If you want to see the bright side of life again then I recommend Sam from Happinessence."
" Happinessence is a wonderful service which has made a true difference in my life. Having gone through a period of major change and upheaval, I was left feeling lost, without focus or direction, and unsure of myself and my future. I have never been one to rely on others or to ask for help, preferring to ‘go it alone’ in the knowledge that things would ‘work themselves out eventually’. All this I was told by close friends and family, none of whom were here to actually help me through the tougher times. I felt like I was slowly sinking and could do with a little bit of extra assistance in gaining clarity and focus, so I asked Sam if she could provide some support to help me through. Her assistance was personal, without being intrusive. I felt at ease straight away, happy to divulge things that I hadn’t even been able to verbalise to myself. Happinessence is all about you, your needs, wants and preferences. The only requirement is for you to be open-minded to a little reassurance. The exploratory session was therapeutic and made me feel lighter afterwards, as I had shed a lot of the baggage I had been harbouring for so long. I had never previously had any kind of therapy or alternative assistance, but I was open to the opportunity. After just three sessions, I can truly say I have noticed a difference. I feel more confident, like I have started to find myself again. One of my main anxieties was that, due to the major changes I had been through, I had lost control of myself, where I was going in life and what I wanted. Sam helped me to be less anxious about this, to find ways to feel more at ease with the new situation and to slowly feel more comfortable back in the driving seat. I am not so worried about the smaller things and I am more at ease with my abilities and limitations. I can break out of the routine with the self-assurance that the world won’t end, and I feel empowered to make new, confident decisions. I would recommend Sam at Happinessence to anyone who perhaps needs just a little bit extra, someone to talk to or help in finding the way, those in search of empowerment or needing to leave the past behind and move on. Sam can help bolster your confidence so that you look on the more positive aspects of life, which is perfect if you want to achieve a goal and learn to believe in yourself again. The energy techniques Sam uses are gentle and in harmony with what you are aiming to achieve, so our work together has been a pleasurable experience. It has also been quick, and therefore cost effective. I would definitely use Happinessence again should my circumstances determine it would be beneficial."

"Manukau Leisure Service provides many fantastic child friendly facilities. We particularly like the free access to swimming pools - many of which have great toddler and preschool-friendly swimming pools with fountains and water jets and other interesting features as well as pools for bigger kids and adults. Our libraries are also fantastic places to take kids - they are vibrant and exciting places, with special programmes for littlies like the fantastic Wriggle and Rhyme Active Movement programme for 0-2 year olds and Story time for pre-schoolers. Most libraries also put on special programmes during school holidays."
" Come along on Friday mornings at 6.00am as Billy puts you through the paces, as you strive to improve fitness, health and overall well being. Its a friendly group of all ages, shapes and sizes who come together each week and share in the fun of this cleverly disguised exercise program."

"Excellent place to hit some balls. Had a great time at the driving range it was nice and clean and really good pricing. I noticed that it was open late which is a double bonus highly recommend for a bit of fun"
" There's nothing quite like stopping into a driving range, getting a bucket of golf balls and whaling away at them with no thought to accuracy or having to find them later! If there's a better way to let off some steam I haven't found it! Conveniently located on the way to the airport, JK's is fantastic for getting your game face on if you're on the way to pick up inlaws at the airport! "
" If you have had a stressful week at work, there really is nothing better than heading to a golf driving range and smacking some balls around. JK's World of Golf is not only a golfing gear shop, but also a great driving range. Out near Auckland International Airport, it's really easy to find and also set in a lovely quiet piece of countryside. The shop staff aren't particuarly interested in you if you aren't buying a new set of golf clubs and to be honest, if you only ask for a driver (the easiest and most fun club to use) you're not in it for the long haul. But they are plesant enough and even gave out plasters for newly discovered blisters. Beware of the golf ball machine....if you have asked for a full basket of balls, the machine will fill it half way and then fill the rest a wee while after that. DO NOT make the mistake of thinking that it was full and moving your basket away from the machine, only to have the remainder of your balls roll down the corridor in front of the guys that are there with their full sets of golf clubs and probably have those ridiculous gloves too. However, once you get down to the ball hitting, it's great fun. Not particuarly new or state of the art facilities, it still does the trick. It was a well deserve stress relief on a beautiful, sunny Auckland Sunday."
