"My three children have all attended Puffing Billy Daycare and what a fun, caring family orineted daycare it is. I highly recommend this daycare to parents looking for childcare for their children. "
"Our son started at puffing billy at 1 year of age and stayed untilhe left for primary school, 4 years later his little sister followed in his footsteps. We have nothing but praise for this daycare center. The focus is 100% on the children, a massive playground beautiful class room area and friendly knowledgable staff. The cook Christine is brilliant also - my daughter said to me, mum why dont your vegies taste good like chrissys! After leaving the daycare our son has been awarded top in class every year and ven placed in the top 20%in the country for his year level in reading and numeracy. We believe this is in part because of the excellent foundation he received in his early years. Thank you Julie and puffing billy, I would without hesitation recommend this daycare to prospective parents."

" Love the fact that Kiwibank has merged with post office! Easy to do banking and mail at the same place. Use the post shop a bit sending stuff via trademe and have never had any issues yet! Thanks for the great service and all the help saving some extra dollars!"
" Our Postshop has had a makeover ! It quite cool now because before you had to struggle to the back of Paper Plus and there was no proper queuing system. Now its so much better, there are still the friendly staff to help but the display area is so much better its a whole lot easier to find what you are looking for and best of all there is only one queue, so you are dealt with much quicker"

"My children love kindy, i was always reluctant to send them at first as i was worried about them getting sick, or being bullied. The usual worries most mums have but i now wish i had sent them earlier, i really do miss them when their not at home turning my house upside down but its really helped them develop social skills they would have otherwise not had at home, where their only best friends were each other, They are very 'free range' at Papakura west and that's great! Giving the children the option to learn when and what they want to, My girls especially love one teacher Nicky, they don't stop talking about her! Papakura West have really helped my girls grow and I'm 100% confident their first days at school will be much more easier."
" One of the girls in the office leaves her daughter here whilst she working. She rates them extremely highly in the care Jessie receives. A year ago Jessie was a quiet little two year old who wouldn't say bo to ghost, only child she was missing out interaction with other children so when Mum went to works it was shock to poor Jessie being left at kindie. What a change the last year has been she so loves kindie her mother has problems trying to drag her away as she has so many new friends. Shes has blossomed from her experience at Kindie"

" The Papakura community is quite diverse, this is reflected in the quality of the goods you find here. You will quite often a designer label which has been donated to the store by one of the Karaka locals. The store is large, there are none of the aroma's often associated with second hand clothes. "

"A great product which definitely helped to teach my daughter to sleep so well from a very early age. No waking up after rolling into the side of the cot and getting a fright, or with baby limbs hanging out the cot rails. We used it up until she learned to rip it off herself. We'd tuck her in, wait by the door, and then hear the tell-tale "riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip". Very cute. Some people don't like these types of devices because they are against strapping their children in, but the Safe-T-Sleep is ideal when babies don't yet understand their own body movements but they have grown out of a swaddle. You'll know when your baby is ready to be "set free" at night, but in the meantime Mum and baby will love the Safe-T-Sleep."
" Miriam Rutherford started Safe-T-Sleep to prevent babies rolling around in their cots and suffocating under balnkets or down sides. Also to prevent toddlers trying to climb out of cots and falling resulting potentially in brain damage. She spent years researching her products and even got a clinical trial at a hospital pediatric ward. It was approved with flying colours. I met Miriam when my daughter was a baby and lay on her back (as we are correctly taught to put them) but wouldn't turn her head which resulted in a flat skull. I got a lot of help and advice and Miriam became like a sister to me. She takes personal responsibility to help her wonderful product work for you. I used it to keep my baby safely on her side so her skull could grow into a symmetrical shape again. I owe Miriam and Safe-T-Sleep so much. She uses a letter I wrote her as a testimonial and I stand by her and her wonderful product. She is an honest, hard working and wonderful individual. Her product has helped so many New Zealand Mothers and babies be safe. Thank you Miriam and Safe-T-Sleep. It is available at all leading baby product retailers like The Baby Factory and Farmers. There is only one genuine Safe-T-Sleep. It is a godsend."

" The girls in Roseland's Lotto are awesome A+, always friendly and there to help. Great selection of magazines and books as well as the lotto. They also do your vodafone, telecom and 2 degrees top ups, so pop in and see them. My brother usually pops in here for his dose of lottery tickets and a few scratch tickets. Keep up the good work Roseland's Lotto!"

"Franklin Vets has been my families local vet my whole life and when you have a ridiculous amount of cats like we do you need to find a place that does their job well. Having moved from the area I tend to miss the amazing team here, they come to know and love your pet as if it were their own and understand those harder trips when it’s time to say goodbye to a family pet. Brilliant team and always friendly, if you are living in the area I would most definitely give them a call next time your furry friend is a bit worse for wear."

"Good to see that the Salvation Army still around doing good! Always drop off clothing and things I no longer use that can be given to a good home! Keep it up, usually find some hidden goodies on the racks for cheap too!"
" I'm a bit of a clown at times and often need dressing up clothes. Trawlling through the rack in the Salavation Army store you'd be amazed at what gems you can find. in need of 80's keep fit gear for a recent 'do' I actually found a 'g' string leotard. You should see it on I look hilarious! "
