"I recently had a stone chip in my window . Jane and her team fixed it on the spot and organized my insurance . It was easy , fast and hassle free "
" Novus are glass magicians who can really sort out your windscreen post stone ship! You'd be amazed at the size of crack they're able to repair with only a tiny white dot to show it had ever been there. Our Insurance were happy to work with them and it turns out that if the crack is simply too big even for them they can arrange replacement of the whole shield, with a minimum of hassle on your part! No-one likes the sound of debris hitting their car, but if the worst should happen give them a call to have it sorted out quick smart!"
" Don't you just hate it when your zipping down the motorway and some pings a chip at the window. The inevitable happens and you end up with a crack. Just my luck over the weekend because it happened to me. Husband told me to go see the guys at Novus because they sorted his car out. These guys were good, worked there magic and the chip and before my eyes it had disappeared. All I need now is the same treatment on my wrinkles!"

" We were most impressed with the finish on two pieces of bedroom furniture from The Spraypainter. It looks as beautiful now as the day we got them (a good 4 years ago). They live up to their promise of 'no brush marks' and can't recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed."

"Nigel and the team at Manukau Auto and Tyre Centre were part of an amazing group of businesses that worked on our Localist Community Kombi. You can see the group of local businesses who worked on the kombi in the restoration videos. Nigel features in the nearly there and big reveal videos."
" I have been using this garage for some time following recommendations. Always receive excellent service. They are honest, reliable and fair. One quote for work was $400 from another garage who recommended unnecessary work. This garage reviewed the car and saved us $250. That's a fair deal in my books. Handy in central Manukau and they'll drop you at work if requested."

"Great service and workmanship, honest prices and owner Jay very helpful. I have recently moved to Auckland, no idea of a good reliable garage. Searched for quotes for a cambelt replacement for a Honda Accord. Had a range of quotes from $375 to $785. Spoke with Jay the owner he told me what was exactly required, what he could do, the price of the work and was happy to text me the quote so that I had a written record. He didn't have a courtesy car I could use but offered to have one of his mechanics pick up and drive my car to the garage as I did not live locally. Jay called me on the day of the work offering a choice of authentic Honda parts or Repco parts which showed his honesty and said that he had been offered a discount by the Honda rep. All of the work was completed as promised, he put up with my constant questions and wariness after being misled and treated unfairly at the last garage I used, the car was returned safely that evening and feels great to drive. Thank you to the team at Mac's Auto Clinic you have restored my faith in mechanics and garage work, I will definitely use them again in the future."

"I had an awesome experience at VTNZ Takanini today, probably the best customer service I’ve ever had for a warrant of fitness. On arrival the attendant asked if I’d like to have an additional service check on the vehicle, which I agreed to. He gave me a $5 off voucher so it only cost an additional $15 dollars. My WOF was completed quickly and efficiently. In addition to the WOF and service check, the team also topped up my washer fluid, polished my headlights and pointed out that a replacement license plate light was needed as well as oil. When I agreed to the (reasonable) additional cost, they completed these for me as well. One of the attendants also noticed that my alternator belt was fraying, and advised me to get it replaced before it snaps. He recommended a local vehicle servicing shop who quoted me a very good price and got it booked in and fixed within an hour. The attendants went above and beyond my expectations and I left there feeling really good. Thanks VTNZ Takanini for showing me that a mundane day-to-day task like getting a WOF can be an enjoyable experience."
" Called in today to get my Driver's Licence renewed and a couple of weeks ago to get my Warrant of Fitness. Found their service to be efficient and friendly... :-) When I got my WOF they were having computer problems but the staff handled the situation well. They had their computer problems well and truly resolved by the time my car had gone through the WOF. Thanks."

"I kept losing my hubcaps and was very frustrated with having to buy more all the time. Who knew you could buy tags to hold them on. I went maybe a touch further than most would and double tagged...those suckers aren't going anywhere "

"Great customer service.fulla always has a chat wiv ya and always out there helping pump gas and gas bottles."
" I hate putting gas in my car. Not just the price of it but its the smell and I always feel really akward as I grapple with the pump. It's a job I usually delegate to my husband. Occassionally I get cut short and have to bite the bullet and head to the gas station. Thankfully, I have a network of gas stations where I know someone will come out running whenever I pull up. The guys in Caltex Elliot Street make my life easy so when it comes to gas they get the tick from me for good old fashioned service."
