A little about us
In 2011 sushi master Yukio Ozeki and head chef Murray Wiblin joined forces to create Britomart eatery Ebisu - a modern take on the Japanese izakaya.
The duo's one-two punch of classic Japanese and European training result in Ebisu's mix of new-style sushi and sashimi as well as traditional Japanese dishes, all in the gorgeously slick surroundings of the high-stud dining room.
Grab some friends, order up a variety of tasty dishes to share, and wash it all down with some sake or shochu from their lengthy selection.
