This is our video store, even though we're not quite in the hood anymore and I always manage to forget the password. The store itself has seen better days but let's face it you don't visit for the ambience. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the couple of times I've had something recommended to me after a little chat, I've really enjoyed (Letter to Frankie is now one of my favourite movies thanks to a staff member). There's a good selection to hire, buy and the boys also borrow from the games section. Overall, it's a functional video outlet (should it be called something else now DVD-ezy movie guaranteed ...) with likeable and knowledgeable staff - got to be a good thing.
It's a bit of drive from me, and to be honest is as close as two other video stores. I've visited those too, and I like this one best. It's big enough to have a good selection of movies, and their staff are great. I wish they had some sort of incentive to pay your overdue fees (not that I get many often, I swear!) such as giving you a discount if you pay immediately, but I guess they have to make money somehow....and I guess we should return our DVDs on time too :P
