Only enquired, then they keep bugging to see us to give us more information, however before they explained anything they ask for your bank account first. They then show up to your house and show you a slideshow of they're work which is amazing. Basically was rushed into signing things, they do not explain fully until you sign their contracts - and then conveniently tell you the cache after you've signed...if you cancel or dont show up you'll be charged $500. They wait impatiently when it comes to signing their documents. We get there and was greeted by two lovely ladies. Offer you something to drink. Then you go get ready for your shoot. However, during the shoot - which was short and rushed, Basically each shot was taken from one angle, not very creative. The photographer got really impatient with one of my littlies, to the point where he was smacking my little ones bottom (I may call the police btw) We felt incredibly uncomfortable in the "dungeon" couldnt wait to get myself and myy family out. Unfortunately we were binded by the contract to return for the screening of the photos, I had to take the littlies with me. Lovely lady greeted us again - the only part of the whole thing that made the experience bearable. We waited for 20 minutes and then some guy took us into the screening room. TO MY HORROR the pictures were a disapointment. I almost cried when I saw them, it didnt help that the kids were very unsettled. Then he gets straight to the payment process - didnt ask what was wrong with it, did not feel like they were open to critism as they were in a hurry to get us out of there. I really didnt like the pictures, my kids took individual pictures - BOTH LOOKING THE SAME DIRECTION - SAME ANGLES - NO CREATIVITY, and editing looked like a 2 minute half bothered effort. There is samples of the work around the house, Our pictures looked nothing part of the collection. If i was the artist of these photos I wouldnt be bothered showing these to my clients as i would be ashamed. If i wanted something like this i would have taken the photos myself, edited them on imikimi.com and pay the canvas shop $100 to convert the picture into a canvas. THATS WHAT THE PICTURES LOOKED LIKE. Thought we could trust the photographer to take good photos of us but apparently we cant. All in all im not happy with the photographer and the pirates that setup the payment process. If you are reading this you are most likely doing your research about what you just got yourself into..in my opinion, If you want uncreative, mediocre and overpriced (im talking $9000K expensive and they try and pressure you into paying more than you can afford if your setting up weekly payments - for just 4 pictures!!) then go with this company. You dont have to say much and they will be in your face in a jiffy. I have cancelled my contract yesturday via email and will not be using this service ever again. Disappointed.

I have to agree with all the above. We had a similar experience with Stuart. His salesman conned my family, telling them a large potrait of the family would cost them between $1,500 and $2,000 and they had 'WON' a voucher for $1,000. So we went, we were very disappointed, except for the two lovely ladies who made the coffee and did hair and makeup. The shots were not creative, and he took quite a few shots, then he chose which heads he liked and compiled the finished picture. HE CHOSE it all....then told us the finished product in the size my family wanted would be $5,000 - with the $1,000 off for the voucher...It was a joke and the pictures weren't even that good, we all looked like stunned mullets. So the family still have to pay the $500 sitting fee off, but we won;t be ordering anymore, Take my advice and avoid this overpriced photographer.
