Best chipper in the Mt Eden area - next time I'll be phoning ahead because the queue was so long! 

    Good crispy chips and the fish burger was great quality for my money...

      Not the cheapest place to go for fish and chips but great quality. Love the crumbed fish. (which is all fresh)

        Great Fish and Chips, excellant Kumara chips. Very clean. Friendly owner who didn't mind my two boys running riot. Loved their sign up about not scalping people for the world cup. I so agree that people coming to NZ are our guests and not walking dollar signs. Good on them for keeping their prices as is despite the closeness to Eden Park. The only thing stopping me from giving it full marks was the pickle in my chicken burger was a little flat. The rest of the burger was great with a succulent chicken breast cooked near to perfection, but just let down slightly by the pickle. Still this is our regular fish and chip shop from now.

          Absolutely love The Fish & Chip Shop in Sandringham. They went above and beyond when we placed a large order for our team of 16 people! and the quality of the food, for so many, was excellent. I have been back a few times since and would not go anywhere else.

            Burgers rock

              Crispy when they're crispy, hot all the way through, nothing soggy... and to flip that right around, tasty, fresh & interesting. We ordered a fish burger, panfried & crumbed terakihi and chips - two scoops more than enough for the 3 of us! Generous helpings and another nice touch is that the sauces are homemade. This is a gem!
