Good location and free parking makes this shop a goodie for us ! I can walk there witht he kids in the stroller too which is great ! Great sales and the staff are friendly too ! Most of the time they seem to know what they're talking about. They have a playpen for the kids to play in which helps when needing time to look around the for the right stuff for the kids !
Fantastic staff make this shop. Dont usually use baby factory since i had bad experience in the past but the Onehunga branch is fantastic. I had queary and they dealt straight away with it. They also leant me a pushchair while mine is being repaired. Really happy helpful staff who know the store and their products. Big store with loads of room. Great prices too. Best Baby factory store.
