How do you feel?
Nigel - Nervous and excited.
Andrew - With my hands and other parts of my body. In limbo, nervous biting at the challenge.
James - Excited and Nervous
Martin - Nervous and excited.
What do you think will be hardest - the mental or the physical side?
Nigel - 50 / 50
Andrew - The mental side. The physical will one major part of the mental along with the isolation and boredom.
James - 60/40

What do you think you'll miss the most?
Nigel - My wife and son
Andrew - Land and the freedom to move.
James - A sail
Martin - My girlfriend
What will you be listening to on your iPod?
Nigel - A bit of everything - David Dallas’ new album to podcasts and some audiobooks.
Andrew - Everything, Ricky Gervais, Had1, dubstep, blues, Rock, comedy.
James - Dad’s Army, Bon Iver, Harry Potter, Robinson Crusoe, Podcasts and some epic stuff for the storms.
