Team Gallagher made the most of a spell of good weather and rowed hard to travel as far as possible before another front hits them. They are currently rowing in an East North Easterly direction and for the past 36 hours have averaged nearly four knots. Nigel Cherrie reports:
"So tired. Had a beautful last 24 hours on the ditch. It has been like rowing on a lake. We made a lot of good miles as bad weather is coming. We are all very tired but happy. We broke our stove so somehow we need to fix that. I dropped two bottles into the sea yesterday and we lost 10 mins getting them back. James almost lost the poo bucket. Highlight was pods of dolphins swimming around boat at sunset - there were heaps of them."
