First in pain, then sick from the treatment, what's next? No more in the mood for being in confined space or doing outdoor workouts ;-) I hope you feel better soon and take it easy. There will be still plenty nm left for you rowing when the others get sick. Did I tell you about "Running the Sahara"? Charlie Engle (USA), Ray Zahab (Canada), and Kevin Lin (Taiwan) ran 4300 miles through six countries - two marathons a day, until they reached after 110 days the red sea (they started in Senegal). Each of the three was sick on the journey, each at different times, and each was willing to throw the towel and give up. Ultimately, they didnt. They faced all sorts of challenges, among others Gaddafi's resistance against them running through Lybia, which would have meant they would have had to go through Sudan (landmines!!). In the end, they were allowed to go through Lybia and thus were able to reach their target on time. Keep on going and soon you'll be reaching yours!
