I'm a big sushi fan, and I love Sun Court Sushi's mixed sushi rolls. They have a great variety, good healthy sushi options, and the sushi rice isn't too clumpy. They're always busy so make sure you get there early to grab your favourite sushi roll. The staff are always the same too so get to know you by name before very long.
