In the week leading up to the combined Book Fair and Cultural Treasures Festival ANZAAB will join with Victorian Libraries , literary entities and the City of Melbourne to present the inaugral Melbourne Rare Book Week July 20 to 29th an informative and entertaining celebration of books and the joy of collecting in keeping with Melbourne's designation as the worlds second UNESCO City of Literature .
