Scotties is a boutique full of lust worthy labels such as Ann Demeulemeester, Comme des Garçons, Marni, Dries van Noten, Acne, Lanvin and more. The luxurious fabrics and accessories are begging to be touched but if the prices are out of range they have a recycle section in their Blake Street store which is always changing.

    A lovely store with lovely people. The simple store with wooden floors reminds you of a little loft in Paris or somewhere simple and effortlessly chic. Their clientele are mostly maturer women, and the clothes are certainly more conservative in terms of cut and color. Although they have mentioned that they are seeing an increase in younger clients, which may eventually sway the way Scotties stocks itself. Scotties brings luxury Parisian brands to Auckland, carrying lots of Dries van Noten, and Comme des Garcons. You can also purchase Celine and Lavin handbags (age friendly, women of any age could carry a Celine bag! They also carry Italian labels like the quirky brand Marni! So definitely check it out for some chic finds!

      I love popping into Scotties and checking out the ranges.  Many of them individual pieces from the best New Zealand has to offer.  Sadly for me I can't afford the price tag but I come away with heaps of ideas for my next dressmaking project! Just need to track down the beautiful fabrics they use.
