Formerly Crazy Noodle House Red Guard Noodles is a Chinese Style cafe/restaurant which serves a variety of Asian dishes as well as some western food. The Waiters all wear red uniforms and the restaurant is themed after Mao Zedong's Red Guard( an armed youth revolutionary group) which gives the place a unique and quirky character.

The service is friendly and hospitable, they offer excellent value for money but most importantly the food is delicious and prepared with care and skill. So pop in soon and experience a taste of Asia right here in the CBD!

TIP: try the Singapore noodles, they're some of the tastiest in Auckland!

Formerly Crazy Noodle House, red guard still does all the Chinese tea house dishes from toast to noodles to oven baked rice dishes. You can’t go wrong if you’re wanting a generous serve of food for under $10.
