Best hash brown eggs bene in town.

any poss of you opening nites next summer??/

Went to Orvieto Cafe for breakfast - it is a great local cafe, with a nice friendly atmosphere. The owner is lovely and both he and his team provide excellent service. Met his little boy who is gorgeous! Their food and coffee is so tasty. Had the best brioche ever! Was plum and white chocolate brioche served warm and it was to die for! Will definitely be going back with friends soon :)

The service IS really top notch here!!

Really efficient and friendly staff. The kitchen staff are extremely quick preparing orders. Similar prices to other cafes. Highly recommended.

One of my favourite places to walk to for takeaway coffee - the Allpress coffee is always hot and well-made here. The menu isn't anything overy exciting, but it's done well and the counter food is tasty and good value. Would be nice to see some seasonal changes to the menu occasionally.

Yummy menu and a wide range of cabinet foods. I'm so glad it's just down the road from work!

I have to say that I am proud to have Orvieto as a local cafe. They're dog-friendly, kid-friendly but spacious enough so that if you're not enthused of either then you're not going to mind their presence. The coffee is always excellent and my eggs are always just right. Well done!

We popped up after work one afternoon.  The kitchen closed at 3pm but therre was still some yummy looking things in the cabinet.  It was a really nice atmosphere and we were able to natter until 4.30 pm when it closed without feeling like we should go.

Nothing compares to the Orvieto Hashbrown!!  It is what my Sundays are all about, and with the Big King Dog park right behind it, it's also our dogs favourite place to visit as well.  Even if you can only stop in for a muffin and coffee it's worth it, but if you have the time for a full on brunch the hashbrowns are to die for as is everything else on the menu.

I couldn't agree more! I used to live up the road from here and Sunday brunches were a regular fixture. :)

I used to live in the Mt Eden area and was a regular at Orvieto for the delicious brunch options. Now I'm much further away but I still love making the trip to this cafe. The Orvieto Bene and Cornfritters are amazing - and I generally have to close my eyes to get away with not buying one of their sweet treats. The staff are super friendly, especially the owners, and they accommodate fussy eaters very well. It's always busy but you never have to wait long for a table so don't be put off if you get there and it's looking chokka.  Tip: Dog friendly - they have a dog bowl outside and outdoor seating so you can bring your pooch.
