Great service - high quality, prompt and friendly. The price was reasonable too. Happy to recommend this place!

    Just wanted to do a shoutout for these guys. I just took my shoe back yesterday because the heel cap, which they repaired about 10 days before, came off (it must have got wedged in a pavement crack). I didn't have my receipt for the repair, and it wasn't even the fault of their workmanship, but they replaced the heel immediately, with no charge - and a smile. I will definitely be going back. :)

      One Step Ahead do top notch shoe repairs of all kinds and are reasonably priced. They also offer a key cutting service.

        These guys are marvels!  Twice they have repaired my favourite boots ( different foot each time!) when I thought I was asking the impossible. Truly wonderful craftsmanship and service.
