To start try a thyme roasted baby beetroot with goats cheese appetizer, with a celebratory glass of champagne, followed by a sensory-overload of heart-warming main of 14-hour braised lamb shoulder and pan-fried lamb loin on creamed kumara, carrot and pernod puree and fennel infused jus.
