Professional - sums up this iconic restaurant in Bethlehem, five minutes from downtown Tauranga and enveloped in 20 acres of pastoral landscape. As well as brunch, lunch and dinner it’s a great place for weddings and conferences or to taste their award-winning wines.

    Vietnamnese salmon salad . Very fine indeed. Unfortunately there is no ‘asian mango’ here. They use aussie mango. Look at the way I attack it! Aaaargh! Yumz! Rina Rich
