A little about us
Established in 1992, the Mezze Bar is an Auckland icon. This relaxed, ambient, inner-city space is warm, inviting and casual. Pre-show, post-show, city visitors, apartment dwellers, after work, before work... See you there! The Mezze Bar is located in the heart of downtown Auckland. Minutes walk from theatre, movies and galleries. We can take groups of all sizes for any kind of party, offering a casual bar service. However, we can make ordering easy by pre-organizing the food.

With its cosy-cool loft space, moodily lit small tables and corner couches, attentive service and selection of delicious Mediterranean-inspired tapas and tasty treats, it's no wonder that Mezze has been a central Auckland favourite for over two decades. Head here for a selection of nibbles and drinks before catching a movie in the surrounding cinemas, and you might even find yourself coming back afterward for a slice of their incredible cakes.
Comfortable, cozy place to meet friends and everybody will be happy. Just grab a coffee or get a Man Sized Meal. Very good with large groups - sofas are nice. Or there are some tables for 2 near the windows.

The atmosphere here is really laid back, making it a great place to unwind after a long week. The affordable drinks prices are great for those on a budget, and there’s an interesting selection of cocktails to choose from.
This is one of the best dishes I've had for brunch. Instead of the usual eggs Benedict i do recommend giving this dish a go. I certainly was happily surprised by how well seasoned it was.The meatballs were juicy and flavourful, sitting in the herbaceous tomato sauce. Perfectly paired with hot Turkish bread to soak up the rich egg yolk with the balancing acidic sauce.
OMG that looks bloody good...hmm, might just drop in this weekend for some of those!
