You’ll always find a good nosh and smiling face at this inner city café and a scrumptious option on the blackboard menu for the soup of the day. How does thick pea and ham soup with toasted bread sound?

I've been to The Med a couple of times lately and experienced the same things - great coffee, yummy food and excellent service from on-to-it staff. I went there for brunch last weekend and had the Hash Stack. This is often a guilt ridden meal best left for the morning after a night of celebration. The Med's version though was relatively guilt-free with lots of avocado, tomato and hash cakes made from real potato. Delish!

Delightful coffee, delicious mushrooms - Mediterraneo is a great spot to enjoy a lovely breakfast or a coffee on the go.

Fantastic coffee and food

The Med, as it’s known, is a cool place in Tauranga centre, and a favourite with shoppers and local business. Consistent service, top-class coffee and good food at a reasonable price. Need I say more?
