Marbles is the buffet restaurant you bring the kids, older relatives, and everyone in-between; it really does have something for everybody. Whether you’re a seafood fiend like me, or have a more vegetarian diet, the food is there waiting for you! Not only do they do lunch, and/or dinner, but it includes dessert too. I have to say, Marbles make the best panna cotta dessert I’ve ever had so I always make sure to be a bit greedy and grab two!

Marbles usually have one or two soups on the go at any one time, which is great if you love some variety. Being a buffet restaurant, I’m sure there are plenty of other things to eat, but there’s something special about the soup here, whether it’s creamy pumpkin or mushroom, it’s always a winner for me!

Marbles hold food from all sorts of places, and has deli food like cold cuts and cheese & crackers, seafood, breads, hot meals, desserts and an ice cream machine! It's almost like a food paradise, I have gone so many time since I was a kid, and always come out of it feeling really stuffed but satisfied!

I came here after a surf mission with the boys. We had been searching the whole west coastline and finally got a ripper day. Naturally, we were famished by the time the waves dropped. Ol' Nick even started chewing his board BUT we convinced him there must be something better then his 6'2. So we battled out of our wetties and drove around town in my mum's beat up Toyota before finding the pearly gates of Marbles Buffet. We were frothing and the food left the crew stoked and fuelled up for another day on the waves. We went up the coast and had just enough time to snap a few shots of the sunset.
