We were nearby picking up some furniture from My Flatpack and popped into get a drink for our daughter. We ended up coming away with coffee and some of the yummiest cakes for morning tea. I hear that their Hot Cross Buns are very highly rated. But I think they must have sold out by the time we got there. Will definitely be going back.

    Found this place by accident the same m day I’d read that they do the best hot cross buns in Auckland! Ordered cakes and coffees and both were great. My Eccles cake was fresh, crisp and very fruity. My daughters cinnamon doughnut was very flavoursome. Coffee great too! Will definitely go back!

      I only had a coffee this time – unfortunately I had just finished training so couldn't face anything sweet. Next time I'm totally going for the amazingly delish looking doughnuts filled with vanilla cream and raspberry! Again, all food and coffees enjoyed, and how nice it is to sit around the big tables with the flowers and massive fish bowl in the middle!
