Slightly out of town towards the lake sits Lime Caffeteria. Arguably one of the best cafes in the city, Lime offers a warm, vibrant, retro atmosphere.

Sit inside or outside as you peruse the a la carte menu or the specials board. If you're just stopping in, choose one of the sweet treats in jars on the counter alongside a hot Vivace coffee.

Open for breakfast and lunch, Lime Caffeteria dishes up exotic combinations of ingredients to create mouth-watering meals.

Haha I've given so much love to this place! But wait, there's more! Their salmon bagel stack is AMAZING! Yum yum.

    Lime have won some awards for their little cafe, so you don’t have to just take my word for it. Their coffee is so tasty. They serve the very complex blend supplied by coffee roasters Vivace. Get in their now, this is definately one of Rotorua’s top cafes.

      Lime is one of my favourite places in Rotorua. The decor is minimalist and modern and the staff are super-friendly, and of course the food is always excellent. On my last visit my friend had the waffles and I had an open chicken sandwich which was just so tasty, there was something about the dressing they used. Lime wins every time!

        OMG...the peach Melba waffles!!! And when they remember to put the fudge in the spoons for the coffee lol
