BODY CONDITIONING/CARDIO/STRETCH Body Fit Movement - an all over body conditioning and movement class using body conditioning practises such as pilates and yoga to tone, strengthen and stretch as well as providing students with a cardio class designed to get everyone moving with ease and confidence. The progressive movement philosophy of the class is influenced by M & B, a dance training style from Japan that many professional dancers swear by. Body Fit Movement is designed for community class. Anyone can do it and will benefit with fast results. Mondays & Thursdays 7.30-9pm, The Huia Hall $10
