Kaitiaki Adventures are a Maori-run tour company who offer a selection of tours including white-water rafting and sledging and exclusive Mt Tarawera tours. Tarawera is a sacred site to the Maori and there a limited number of guides who can take excursions to the top of this stunning volcano. Taking part in a Kaitiaki tour is a must while in Rotorua; it's the perfect blend of adventure and Maori culture.

    Rafting the Okere Section is amazing, stunning and hard out! Kaitiaki crew are the best, fun outgoing locals, who are safety first and show everyone a great time. You have to do this if your an outdoors type, but even more so if your not. Everyone who rafts with these guys will love it.
