    The menu here offers something for everyone for the classic big breakfast fan to something with an Asian twist and its all amazing. They also make a delicious ice chocolate with cream and homemade marshmallows. The real highlight though is the baked goods cabinet with cakes and slices that are as visually stunning as they are decadent! Think French patisserie crossed with grandmas kitchen, seriously good!

      Coffee... WOW. so good. Great to have real deal cool vibe cafe in my hood.

        If you want to eat the best doughnuts in Auckland, go no further than this awesome local establishment created with love by Fran and husband Aaron. These passionate local foodies started the sensational Avondale cafe Salvation Kitchen then moved on to have an equally glorious reign in Henderson at Little Sister Cafe. Fran's legendary doughnut recipe from her Italian heritage is a feature at Hello Friends + Allies and everything here is local from the coffee to the art. Just awesome!
