Great Personal Expert Service
Greg may mot be the flashiest sales person we saw but he certainly knew his stuff, quoted competitively and did an excellent job himself. The email communication was prompt (& phone) and he was on time and very tidy. He was flexible enough to use my preferred electrician and to make sure the inside unit was in the best position and the outside unit was positioned out of sight. All wiring and pipes also carefully considered and positioned out of sight. All and all an excellent job. The personal instruction meant the manual has only had a cursory glance. Get a heat pump from Greg, they are tremendous, the family are so happy, particularly at home in these cold days in the school holidays. I'm sure they are going to stay healthier too.
