A little about us
Ripe Deli came into being six years ago when Kiwi-born-but-English-raised Angela Redfern decided that Grey Lynn and Ponsonby had a deli shaped hole in it.
Angie’s philosophy is simple: she believes in offering fresh, quality, healthy food that is good value for money. With a little bit of creativity, Angie and the team in the kitchen add an innovative touch to traditional recipes. Not even mum can cook a better smoked-fish pie or serve up a more mouth-watering bread and butter pudding!
