A little about us

Nestled amongst the rolling farmland of Riverhead, just 20 minutes from Central Auckland, Hallertau Brewbar & Restaurant is an oasis of culinary persuasion that you won’t find anywhere else in the world. We’re a micro brewery, winery and restaurant in one, specialising in our own distinctive, unpasturised and unfiltered beers.

When it comes to natural flavours, there’s no faking it, experience our variety of sensational brews, award winning fruit wines and fantastic food in this unique location bordering Auckland’s spectacular West Coast.

Products & Specialities

We make our beer with our hands and use only yeast, rainwater, and fistfuls of hops. Like with our handcrafted beers, you won’t find any packet-mix nonsense in our kitchen, it’s all about fistfuls of freshness.
