Sometimes coming in here is a pleasant experience.  At other times I feel like I have walked into the 1950s and have made the mistake - dared - to enter a male domain.  I am an early adopter of technology and know my way around most electronic devices.  A few times I have been in to this store and left feeling mildly offended.  Sometimes the staff are very friendly and approachable.  Othertimes they are arrogant and rude.  I have also stood at the counter buying the very same item that someone else is buying but have not been offered the 'freebie' that goes with it.  I must restate - the majority of the staff are friendly - it is just a couple of them that do not know how to treat customers very well.  I have purchased a few items and will continue to shop here.  I do tend to make my way around the corner to Noel Leemings if the 'wrong' person is working.
