Food off the menu is good, well presented. Staff was friendly when they know how to understand english properly. I love how the place is old and spacious. I just felt uncomfortable for we were constantly watched by the owner. Not as busy as it use to be, but it's kid friendly which I like as it's good to take the young ones there to play in the corner and relax with a coffee.
I love this place. I tend to judge a cafe firstly on its coffee. I generally order a flat white and these guys consistently do a great one. Also the staff are friendly and efficient. And the place is clean and fresh, but not in a sterile 'cafe'* chain kind of a way. I sometimes just go for coffee and a read, or for relaxed business discussions. *when I say 'cafe', I don't really consider those franchised coffee butcher houses to be cafes. Hence the ' '.
